After received your inquiry, we would respond you as soon as possible. If you send enquiry by email, we would resend you within 6 hours. Or if you leave your phone number, we could call you at your free time. We have online chat, like skype, MSN, Google+, Yahoo, AOL, QQ, etc.
2) Can you supply sample or prototype service?
Yes, we can make sample or prototype for customers.
3) How about you minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, for wholesale, the MOQ is 10 sets, for retail, the MOQ is 1 set.
4) Do you supply delivery service?
We usually cooperate with the safe and famous shipping company or express company, if you need us supply the delivery service, yes we do offer this intimate service .
We have good relationships with them. e.g. DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT, FedEx, APL, OOCL, MAERSK, COSCO, MSC, EVERGREEN, etc. We can delivery products to the seaport, which is near to you, or delivery to your appointment address. All service meet your need.
If the packages of order is large, many and heavy, we'll advice you delivery by ship.
If the package of order is only one, small and light, we'll advice you delivery by express.
If you are in the inland country and near us, we also can offer the delivery by truck.
5) How we arrange payment?
After confirm all information, you pay deposit, then we start production. After finish products, please pay the rest before delivery.
We accept the payment term: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, MoneyGram, cash
6) What's the bussiness step?
I. After confirm all information, we would send you the Proforma Invoice.
II. Anything is ok, you can make payment. (If we have in stock, you can pay full amount; if not, you could full amount or deposit)
III. After finish production, we would send you photos to confirm.
IIII. You pay the rest, then we arrange the shipment and buy the transportation insurance for your goods.
V. And send you 4 documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Insurance Policy). Bill of Lading is the document prove your cargo loaded in ship & ship out. For delivery by express, we would show you the tracking number.
VI. Before it arrive, shipping agent will tell you the arrival date.
VII. You get the goods.
7) How soon we can get the shipment?
We will arrange production since the order and payment be confirmed, we will take 3-20 days to produce, production time is depend on quantity. delivery time is about 3-30 days. detail shipping time is depend on the destination.
8) Can you provide urgent order service?
Yes, we help a lot of customers to deal with their urgent requirements. If you need it urgently, please contact us as soon as possible.
9) Do you have after-sale service?
